If you have given your permission, we will be adding speaker presentations (PDF of slides) and videos to our website. Please check the website a few weeks after the symposium to view the presentations. If you agreed to put your slides online but did not submit your PPT in advance of the handout materials deadline, please forward your presentation (slides) to Max ().
