+Pre-Symposium Session (3-hr or 6-hr Workshop)

A. AV (Audio-Visual) Requirements (one per presentation). Please verify and confirm if you need additional equipment to what is already provided (e.g. flip chart with markers, WiFi connection, etc.) by submitting the AV form.

C. Handout Materials (one per presentation). Please submit your presentation, 3 or 6 black and white slides/page, in PowerPoint format (not PDF) no later than Friday, February 21, 2020 for your handout materials to be printed. Handouts will not be made during the symposium.

C. One-slide PowerPoint Presentation. Please submit a one PowerPoint slide that highlights your poster. You will be asked to give a 1-minute presentation with this slide during the first morning's plenary session (Wednesday, March 4 from 10:25 - 10:40) to help get attendees familiarized with your poster. When creating your slide, please do not just repeat your poster.

D. Symposium Syllabus Materials (one per presentation). Your original abstract will be inserted in the syllabus. If you wish to have an updated version of your abstract printed in the syllabus, please forward this copy to us no later than January 17, 2020.
